Roger Sheppard

.Longtime fixture and GM at WTAP television, Roger worked for decades in the shadow of the floodwall, always knowing that we could do better. His steady wisdom and love for our hometown shows through in his commitment to see this project made real.

Senta Goudy

Dean of the Center for Civic Engagement and Innovation WVUP. 

Jessie Siefert

Managing Director of The Parkersburg Arts Center. Experienced director Of education skilled, in early childhood education, communication, journalism, teacher training, and parent coaching. Jessie is the stick that stirs this entire cocktail.

Emma Romanowski

Arts educator and Muralist Extraordinaire. Emma is taking a leading role in the 'phase 3' inset panels commission and execution. Professor Romanowski is also bringing this project straight into our community's classrooms, pushing those students to focus their inspiration on improving our hometown.

Edward Escandon

Seen here selling 'chicken kisses' on the street. Mr. Escandon believes in the power of ideas and the power of his hometown to be an inspiration.

Amanda Stevens

With a massive history of local arts leadership,  Mandy is the best new director of Downtown Pkb  this project could hope for .  Amanda began her role as Executive Director of Downtown PKB in September 2021. Before that, Amanda held two positions at Artsbridge, Inc. First as the organization’s office manager, then as the executive director for 3 years. She has been a grant reader and a panelist for the West Virginia Department of Arts, Culture, and History and has been instrumental in overseeing several large scale events and art installations, including creating a partnership for Artsbridge with the Grand Central Mall and the creation of the glass mosaic mural inside the new Williamstown Elementary School. As director of Artsbridge, Stevens oversaw all programs, grant writing, and fundraising.
